We’re delighted to welcome Mark Andrews as Chief Executive Officer of the STEPS Rehabilitation Foundation. Mark joined us on the 19th of October 2026, bringing extensive experience in charity leadership, fundraising and communications across health, care and community organisations.
Mark’s previous roles include Head of Income Generation at Solent Mind, Head of Fundraising at The Brendoncare Foundation and Interim Head of Fundraising and Communications at Action Duchenne. Over the last 18 months, Mark has worked as a consultant to charities large and small, helping them develop strategies,, build partnerships and strengthen their fundraising. He is also a Trustee of The CIFA Trust, an international grant-making charity.
Having recently moved to Sheffield with his wife, Mark is looking forward to getting to know our community and building relationships with businesses, charities and local groups. His ambition is to increase the Foundation’s grant-making capacity, helping more people affected by life-changing injury or illness access support and opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.
Listening to the people the Foundation supports will be central to his approach, ensuring its growth reflects what matters most to them. Whether you would like to fundraise, explore a partnership or find out whether you or someone you know could benefit from a grant, Mark would love to hear from you.
