Dr Bhide is a Consultant in Spinal Injuries and Amputee & Prosthetics at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, working at both the Princess Royal Spinal Cord Injuries Centre and the Mobility and Specialised Rehabilitation Centre. He also serves as the clinical lead for Amputation and Prosthetics services and is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Sheffield. With specialist training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from CMC, Vellore, India, and fellowships in Musculoskeletal and Spinal Cord Medicine from Toronto and Sheffield, Dr Bhide brings deep clinical insight into rehabilitation care.

Tom Docker

Tom is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with two decades of experience in adapting homes for people with a wide range of disabilities, including spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, cerebral palsy, and amputations. As an Accommodation Expert Witness and a specialist in accessible housing design, Tom has supported countless individuals through rehabilitation, helping them transition into homes tailored to their long-term needs. His expertise in multidisciplinary care and accommodation solutions will provide valuable perspective to the Foundation.

Andy Sorsby

Andy is an accomplished business advisor and growth specialist with extensive experience supporting SMEs across South Yorkshire. Through his roles with the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority, Business Sheffield, and FCS Associates, Andy has helped organisations with strategy, operations, investment readiness, and funding access. The Foundation looks forward to working with Dr Bhide, Tom, and Andy as it continues to expand its reach and provide vital support for rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.
